About these terms

These terms are a contract between you and Zentuerly Private Limited (CIN U70200OD2025PTC048847) for the use of DineCore OS. By creating an account, signing in, paying for a plan or using the service, you agree to them. If you accept on behalf of a business, you confirm you have authority to bind it.

Eligibility and accounts

  • You must be at least 18 and able to enter a contract under Indian law.
  • Give accurate details and keep them up to date.
  • Keep your password and authenticator secure. You are responsible for activity under your account and for the staff accounts you create.
  • Tell us straight away if you suspect unauthorised access.

The service

DineCore OS provides restaurant management software, including point of sale, tables, kitchen display, ordering, billing, stock and staff tools. Features depend on your plan. We may improve or change the service, and we will give reasonable notice of any change that materially reduces it.

Plans and payment

  • New accounts may receive a free trial. It ends on the date shown in your account.
  • Prices are per outlet and shown on the pricing page. GST is added at the rate that applies, currently 18%.
  • Plans are prepaid for a month or a year through Razorpay. They do not renew or charge you automatically. You choose when to renew.
  • If your plan ends, access stops until you renew. Your data is kept and returns on renewal.
  • We may change prices for future periods. A change will not affect a period you have already paid for.

Refunds are covered by our refund policy.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Break any law, or use the service for fraudulent or harmful activity.
  • Try to access another customer's data, or get around security or plan limits.
  • Probe, overload or disrupt the service, or run automated attacks against it.
  • Upload malware or content you have no right to use.
  • Resell the hosted service without our written agreement.

Your data and your obligations

You own the business data you put into the service, and you give us the permission we need to host and process it to provide the service. You are the Data Fiduciary for the personal data of your diners and staff. You are responsible for having a lawful basis for it, and for your own tax, GST, food safety and invoicing compliance. Reports and calculations from the service are tools to help you and are not professional tax or legal advice.

Our privacy policy explains how we handle personal data.

Intellectual property

The DineCore OS name, logo, branding and our website content belong to us. Parts of the software are open-source and are licensed under their own terms, which these terms do not limit. See open-source licenses.

Availability

We work to keep the service available but do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. Maintenance, network failures and events outside our control can affect it. You should keep your own copies of records the law requires you to hold.

Disclaimer and liability

To the extent the law allows, the service is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, such as lost profit, revenue or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in the 12 months before the claim arose. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your statutory consumer rights.

Suspension and ending the service

You can stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, puts the service at risk or remains unpaid. Where we reasonably can, we will warn you first. After an account closes you may ask us for a copy of your data or for it to be deleted, subject to records the law requires us to keep.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. We will first try to resolve any dispute through our grievance process. If that fails, the courts of Odisha, India have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any consumer forum rights you have by law.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms and will show the new version here. If a change is material, we will ask you to accept it when you next sign in. For questions, write to support@dinecoreos.com.
